    Yes, XLC is required to collect VAT (Value Added Tax), consumption tax, or sales tax in several countries. Please note that the prices listed on our website do not include these taxes, which will be added to your invoice as a separate line item.
    No, we do not have hidden fees. Server installation is free, and there are no additional setup charges. Any paid services, such as extra IPs, or DDoS Protection, are clearly communicated upfront.
    To maintain stable and consistent pricing, we do not offer invoicing in local currencies. All transactions and invoices are processed in USD.
    Credit card declines can happen for various reasons, often without specific details from the bank. If your card is declined, we recommend contacting your bank for more information. They can help identify the issue. Alternatively, you can try processing your payment through PayPal or another supported payment method.
    Please email our support team and include your site name in the email. Ensure that the word “cancel” is included in the message. Once we receive your email, we will process your cancellation and send you a confirmation notice.
    Server and Setup
    A dedicated server is exclusively allocated to you, meaning all resources are fully yours and not shared with any other clients. Our dedicated servers provide full administrative access.
    While a VPS is typically more cost-effective, dedicated servers deliver enhanced performance, control, and flexibility. They are particularly suitable for high-traffic websites, such as e-commerce sites or content streaming platforms, especially when custom configurations or specific hardware are required.
    We do not offer complimentary backup services. We recommend that clients regularly back up their data. If you are interested in our backup service, please contact our sales team for more details.
    Yes, all our servers are scalable. You can upgrade your configuration at any time. Please reach out to our sales team for assistance with upgrades.
    Yes, you will receive SSH or RDP remote login credentials after the operating system is installed, allowing you to configure the server and utilize its resources fully.
    You can reboot your server through the client panel by following these steps:
    Navigate to Servers → Detail → Manage Server → Reboot.
    Alternatively, you can also reboot your server via IPMI.
    We can install any operating system of your choice. By default, we offer the latest versions of Windows Server, Linux CentOS, Ubuntu, or Debian. These operating systems are also available for auto-reinstallation through the client panel.

    You can reinstall your OS through the client panel by navigating to Servers → Detail → Manage server → Automatic Reinstall. Alternatively, you can perform the reinstallation via IPMI

    If your server cannot be reinstalled automatically and you prefer not to use IPMI, you can request a new OS installation from our technicians by going to: Servers → Detail → Manage server → Request Reinstall.

    Typically, in-stock servers are installed and delivered within 4 hours of receiving your payment. For on-demand configurations, please contact our Sales team to obtain the most accurate delivery estimate.

    You can manage you server remotely through the server’s iDRAC, IPMI, or iLO interfaces. Additionally, you can access the server via the public interface using standard methods such as SSH, SFTP, HTTP.
    Network
    You get two IPv4 addresses per server at no extra cost. Need more? You can add additional IPv4 addresses for a one-time fee of $100. If you need even more IP addresses, just reach out to us!
    Yes, we provide DDoS protection through our cybersecurity stack, Shield, which allows you to monitor and mitigate DDoS attacks targeting your servers.

    We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime to ensure your server remains operational. In the event of any power issues, we will work promptly to resolve them. If we are unable to meet our SLA, we will compensate you with service credits:

    Service credit: three times (3x) the duration of the downtime.
    The maximum refund for a month is 50% of your monthly subscription fee.

    Yes, every server comes with one (1) IPv4 address by default. Additional IPv4 addresses are available at USD 3 per month.
