    To maintain stable and consistent pricing, we do not offer invoicing in local currencies. All transactions and invoices are processed in USD.
    Credit card declines can happen for various reasons, often without specific details from the bank. If your card is declined, we recommend contacting your bank for more information. They can help identify the issue. Alternatively, you can try processing your payment through PayPal or another supported payment method.

    To cancel your service:

    1. Log in to XLC Control Panel
    2. Submit a support ticket with:
      1. Service ID
      2. Server’s Primary IP address
      3. Preferred cancellation date

    • Your service remains active until you receive our confirmation email
    • We process cancellations within 24 business hours

    Server and Setup
    A dedicated server or bare metal server is a physical machine entirely reserved for your use, providing exclusive access to all resources including CPU, RAM, storage and bandwidth, with absolutely no resource sharing. Our servers include full root/administrative access, IPMI out-of-band management and our proprietary control panel, giving you complete remote control and customization capabilities for optimal performance.
    While cloud or VPS servers can be more cost-effective initially compared to dedicated servers, they often become significantly more expensive, sometimes by multiple times for equivalent performance when scaling up. Additionally, cloud/VPS server incur virtualization overhead, typically resulting in 5–20% performance loss. In short, dedicated, cloud or VPS servers serve different purposes.

    Yes! All our servers are fully scalable—upgrade your CPU, RAM, storage or bandwidth anytime.

    How to upgrade:
    1. Log in to XLC Control Panel
    2. Submit a support ticket with:
      1. Your server ID, Primary Server IP
      2. Desired upgrades (specify components)
    3. We’ll confirm pricing and schedule your upgrade within 24 hours (usually faster!).

    Absolutely! Your dedicated server comes with full administrative access, including:

    • SSH (Linux) or RDP (Windows) for direct remote control.
    • Root/Administrator privileges – Install, configure, and customize anything.
    • IPMI access – Out-of-band management for troubleshooting.
    • XLC Client Portal – Start/Stop/Restart Server, Reinstall OS, Bandwidth Monitor and Network Optimization.

    You can reboot your server through the client panel by following these steps:
    Navigate to Servers → Detail → Manage Server → Reboot.
    Alternatively, you can also reboot your server via IPMI.
    We can install any operating system of your choice. By default, we offer the latest versions of Windows Server, Linux CentOS, Ubuntu, or Debian. These operating systems are also available for auto-reinstallation through the client panel.

    You can reinstall your OS through the client panel by navigating to Servers → Detail → Manage server → Automatic Reinstall. Alternatively, you can perform the reinstallation via IPMI

    If your server cannot be reinstalled automatically and you prefer not to use IPMI, you can request a new OS installation from our technicians by going to: Servers → Detail → Manage server → Request Reinstall.

    Typically, in-stock servers are installed and delivered within 4 hours of receiving your payment. For on-demand configurations, please contact our Sales team to obtain the most accurate delivery estimate.

    You can manage you server remotely through the server’s iDRAC, IPMI, or iLO interfaces. Additionally, you can access the server via the public interface using standard methods such as SSH, SFTP, HTTP.
    Network

    By default, each dedicated server includes a /30 subnet (4 IP addresses). However, due to networking requirements, only 1 IP is usable out of this allocation.

    Need more IPs? You can purchase additional addresses—up to a /24 subnet (253 usable IPs) per server.

    Yes, we provide DDoS protection through our cybersecurity stack, Shield, which allows you to monitor and mitigate DDoS attacks targeting your servers.

    We guarantee a 99.9% network uptime to ensure your server remains operational. In the event of any power issues, we will work promptly to resolve them. If we are unable to meet our SLA, we will compensate you with service credits:

    Service credit: three times (3x) the duration of the downtime.
    The maximum refund for a month is 50% of your monthly subscription fee.

    Yes, every server comes with one (1) IPv4 address by default. Additional IPv4 addresses are available at USD 3 per month.
